Is that the project you are using when Resolve crashes? The project you sent has 11 clips on the timeline with no grades. Is there some reason you are sending a Project.db file instead of a normal Project Export. Downloaded the bare minimum things and re-installed Resolve 18.6.2.2 I then decided to take my computer apart, check for proper seating, etc. When I originally posted this, I found that I installed another program, it seemed to crash too, which lead me down this path of potentially my Processor i9-13900K having issues (which intel has not confirmed an issue yet) and a user there suggested a fix to mitigate the issues we were seeing, but even with those settings, Resolve would still crash. Here is the link (hopefully no permission issues this time) I've seen two resolves running in task manager while both crashing after use. Sometimes Resolve is still running in my task manager after it crashes, with about 5-6k in memory being used. I load Resolve, I start editing, or anything, and it crashes. So after a few days of testing with the "fix" I thought was the answer, it doesn't seem that it's been resolved.
